by admin on August 3, 2009

A report in today’s Daily Telegraph reveals that the UK Government are set to launch a new scheme dedicated to providing jobs for Britain’s unemployed. The one billion pound scheme will create tens of thousands of  job vacancies in the public sector, many of which will be aimed at the youngest sector of the workforce.

Vacancies being created are set to include classroom assistants, sports coaches and social carers. Jobs will also be created involving recycling and refurbishing council properties.

The first 47,000 jobs will be revealed on Wednesday by the Work & Pensions Secretary.
