Tesco Provides Jobs Boost for Scotland
The UK’s leading supermarket chain Tesco has today revealed plans to open a new customer service centre in Glasgow, Scotland. The centre will operate as part of the Tesco Personal Finance business and is expected to create around 800 jobs. A grant of £5m has been provided by the Scottish Government and jobs will not only be created for those who will work in the centre, but also for those required to build and furnish it.
