Leeds Contact Centre – New Job Vacancies

Sky is recruiting a number of staff to work across the UK and in particular its new call centre based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The call centre will be home to around 350 employees, who are required to fill a variety of positions. There are vacancies in the following areas:

Sky Sales Advisors

Sky sales advisors need to be on hand to develop and expand the Sky customer base. Candidates are required to be enthusiastic and polite, with a passion for selling. Ideally the candidate will have previous telesales experience, but for the right candidate full training will be provided.

Sky Customer Experience Managers

Customer Experience Managers are on hand to ensure all key targets are met and to manage the workplace as a whole so that it operates as effectively as possible.

These managers are responsible for strategic decision-making and are able to manage a team of around 50 people.

Sky Sales Trainers

Trainers are vital for the success of any call centre and Sky needs trainers to offer guidance to new starters straight from the induction stage and provide continuous ongoing training. Candidates should have call centre experience and the dedication to inspire, coach and motivate staff at all levels.
